STAFF
To present your Classic Spit Roast, we recommend you utilise the services of professionally trained personnel who can attend your function, serve the food and clean up, allowing you to enjoy the celebration.

• Cost for chef assistant: $100 for
   four hours. (Includes pre-arrival
   preparation time)
• Cost for bar attendant $120 for
   four hours

No staff required?
• Carve & deliver $60.00 plus
   50cents per person
   (no bowls, platters or utensils
   supplied)

A surcharge applies for public holidays and for some bookings outside the metropolitan area.

Main and Dessert - $1.95 per guest plus 1hr staff overtime.

QUALITY DISPOSABLE PLASTIC DINNERWARE AND SERVIETTES
